Banglalink Call divert/Forwarding Short codes - busy, unreachable, no reply, all divert

Forward or divert your calls to Banglalink, other Operators or to BTTB when you switch your mobile off or busy or when calls are not reachable to you. Note that, you can not divert calls to an international number. Short codes are given below-

Divert Type: All divert
Activation: **21*Divert Number#
Check: ##21#
Deactivation: *#21#
Description: If you want all your calls to be diverted to another number, use this divert. Ex. **21*01XXXXXXXXX# when you want all your calls to diverted to 01XXXXXXXXX

Divert Type: When busy
Activation: **67*Divert Number#
Check: ##67#
Deactivation: *#67#
Description: When you are busy, use this divert to forward your incoming calls to another number. Ex. **67*01XXXXXXXXX# when you are busy and want all your calls to diverted to 01XXXXXXXXX

Divert Type: No reply
Activation: **61*Divert Number#
Check: ##61#
Deactivation: *#61#
Description: If you can not answer any of your incoming calls, enabling this divert will forward that call to another number. Ex. **61*01XXXXXXXXX# when you want all your unanswered incoming calls to diverted to 01XXXXXXXXX

Divert Type: Unreachable
Activation: **62*Divert Number#
Check: ##62#
Deactivation: *#62#
Description: If you want all your calls to be diverted to another number, use this divert. Ex. **62*01XXXXXXXXX# when you want all your calls to diverted to 01XXXXXXXXX


Charges:
Divert charge is applicable for diverting calls to another number expect Voice mail. There is no charge for diverting calls to Voice mail, but access to Mail box & retrieval of  Voice message is Charged at normal airtime.

Notes:
  • You can activate one or more divert at a time.
  • You can not forward a call to an international number
  • To deactivate all diverts, dial ##002#
  • Contact customer care for further help, call 121
  • 15% VAT and 3% SD applicable for all charges

    1. Do you have any call block app installed on your phone? If they see a notification saying "call diverted" then you must have enabled call divert. You can try inserting your SIM in another phone. If you cannot solve the problem, please contact Banglalink Customer Care.
